The first WordPress Users Wales meet-up is on Monday 28th November (6.30pm – 8.30pm) at The Atrium in Cardiff. The evening is free, and you can sign-up on Eventbrite.
Thanks to Pippa and Chris for organising this user group. I think it will become a useful companion to the Cardiff Blogs events for those bloggers who want to get a bit more technical and tinker with the nuts-and-bolts of blogging.
Here’s a bit more info about the first gathering:
James Cryer will chat about Benefits for Small Business and Enterprise of WordPress Plug-Ins.
Martyn Kelly and Philippa Davies will chat about WordPress Mega and WordPress Mini.
Chris Bolton will be offering up his ‘What’s the Pont?’ blog for oodles of constructive feedback and anyone else brave enough to do this is very welcome… they will be bought a drink afterwards.
The rest of the time we will be getting to find out what you would like from our group. Anyone involved in development, design and making content, pro or amateur is most welcome. You do not need to currently use WordPress.
