Doctor Who business jargon

“Weeping Angel” problem – an issue in a project (or similar) which is under control while someone is actively watching it but will go badly wrong the moment that no-one is observing/managing.

  1. What would you call the problems that keep cropping up as soon as you think you’ve finally squished it? Recurring Villain Syndrome I suppose, since it’s not just the Daleks that keep reappearing!

  2. Ha! Well, the Daleks could be considered many problems. I suppose if you’re talking about one problem that just won’t go away, you’d have to call it ‘The Master problem’.
